Flexcin – The Best Treatment for Arthritis

Looking for a cure for joint pain or arthritis?  You’ve come to the right place.  My name is T.J., and being active for over 30 years has taken a toll on my body.  After trying many other “arthritis treatments,” I finally got the guts to try Flexcin.  My life has changed since then, and I am a strong believer in the ingredients that go into this truly special product.

An all-around pain relief product, Flexcin cures the following types of pain and much more…..

  • Knee Pain
  • Hip Pain
  • Shoulder & Back Pain
  • Sore ankles & feet

I suffered from a lot of sports injuries, you can read about them by reading my profile page.  Sometimes people associate arthritis and joint pain with being old, but it’s very normal for 30-somethings to feel pain, especially if they were active in sports throughout life.

How does Flexcin Work?

In short, Flexcin features a  patented ingredient CM8, or cetyl myristoleate. For simplicity sake, we’ll call it CM8 for short.

Once upon a time in a laboratory test involving mice, researchers discovered that mice were immune to arthritis.   Blind clinical tests ensued and eventually proved that CM8 is nothing short of the most powerful natural joint supplement, hands down.  The science behind this ingredient works to reduce and stop joint swelling, pain, and stiffness by getting to the root of these problems.

Note: Flexcin is the original and ONLY product with CM8 on the market.  You won’t find this anywhere else.  Most other formulas you find that aim at curing joint pain contain only “Glucosamin & Chondroitin.”

Enough science, here is exactly how Flexcin Works….

1.  Lubricates your joints.

This allows joints to move smoothly in a fluid motion.

2.  Softens the tissues.

Morning stiffness goes away once you start using Flexcin.

3.  Reduces inflammation.

By your 4th or 5th treatment, you’ll see noted improvement.

***In short, Flexcin attacks from many angles that products without CM8 simply can not do.

Like many other joint pain cures, Flexcin contains Glucosamine, but best of all it’s produced and made in the USA.

If you still don’t believe that this is the best arthritis treatment and have apprehension, perhaps you can take some relief in knowing that I felt the same way.  BUT, when I read about the no hassle money back guarantee, it gave me an extra boost of confidence I needed to try it.   Obviously, I did not need to use that, but it gave me the comfort I needed to make my first purchase.

Phil Mickelson Has Arthritis Pain

Phil Mickelson suffers from arthritis pain

Arthritis can happen to the best of us.  One prominent athlete who is suffering from terrible arthritis is golfer Phil Mickelson.  On August 10th, the left-handed Golfer who people on tour call “Lefty,” announced that he was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, an inflammatory and potentially debilitating condition that in his case came on quite suddenly.  The condition nearly left him crippled, according to reports.

“Every joint in my body started to hurt to where I couldn’t move,” he told a press conference, reported the New York Times.  ”I would just lay down and couldn’t roll over.”

The golfer noted that psoriatic arthritis rapidly moved from his ankle, finger and wrist to his hips, elbows and shoulders.

“He is not being dramatic; that can literally happen to someone experiencing a flare of psoriatic arthritis,” said Michael Paranzino, president of the nonprofit Psoriasis Cure Now.  ”One day you are feeling fine, and days later it can be difficult to get out of bed or tie your shoes. Psoriatic arthritis is a serious disease.”

It is estimated that nearly one million Americans have psoriatic arthritis.  The cases range heavily, from extremely mild to what Phil Mickelson reported recently.

On an interesting note, it’s been reported that Lefty is taking “Enbrel,” a high-priced biologic.

The downside to this, is that it can cost north of $15,000 annually.  Most people do not have the means to obtain something if this cost structure. For that reason, Flexcin is an option that is much more affordable for people who suffer arthritis pain.

I certainly wish Phil a speedy recovery and as a fellow golfer, wish him the best in all of his golf endeavors.  For anyone thinking that people are immune to arthritis, I will point out that Phil is a world-class athlete and someone who cares for his body.  He’s not getting bumped and kicked and punched either.  Although golf can be grueling, it is far from a contact sport.

Here are some more notes from a press release I read that covered the whole Phil Mickelson arthritis piece….

* Psoriatic arthritis is a serious disease, and can be debilitating.

* Many people with psoriatic arthritis cannot afford the type of treatment Phil Mickelson is on, the cost of which can easily exceed $15,000 annually.

Don’t ignore pain, treat it.

What is Gout?

Gout, in short, is a very painful form of arthritis.

Sudden attacks of pain, joint swelling, and stiffness are the first signs of gout setting in.  This usually starts in the big toe.   Unless gout is treated, these attacks will continue to occur and become quite painful.  I personally have never suffered from gout, BUT, a friend of mine who I golf with regularly suffers from gout and I have seen what it does to him firsthand.  It all started a few years ago when he appeared to be limping as he met us to watch a football game.  He explained that gout had set into his big toes and talked about how even minor contact with his sheets in his bed was excruciating pain.  As his gout became worse, he had to stop golfing with us.  Take a look at the photo below, it got pretty bad.

Foot Gout

Gout took over my friend's foot

He has successfully cured his gout, due to a suggestion by yours truly to regulate his diet, and of course, supplement that with Flexcin.  As mentioned, Flexcin can be a very good treatment for arthritis pain, such as gout.

If you don’t treat gout, you can suffer from long-term damage to your joints, tissues, and tendons.  Although women can suffer from gout, it’s most commonly a form of arthritis that occurs in men.

Through my friend, I learned just exactly what causes gout…..

Gout is caused by an overload of uric acid in the blood.  When uric acid levels in the blood become too high, crystals can form in your joints, causing severe pain whenever the joint comes in contact with anything (even clothing) or makes a sudden movement.

My friend suffered from two of the main common traits of people who suffer from gout – being overweight, and drinking alcohol too much.  Too much alcohol makes you gain weight to begin with, but my friends diet was, well, let’s just say he ate like a king.  (Chicken parm was a regular meal for him.)  Some meats and fish are high in purines, which are chemicals that bring on gout.  Some people joke that gout is “the disease of kings” because it’s common in people who eat well and drink a lot of booze.  If that sounds like a lifestyle you lead, it’s important that you know you could suffer from gout, so be careful.

My friend suffered from all of the common symptoms of gout, including:

  • Swelling of the joints at night
  • Tenderness and sharp pains in the big toes
  • Ankle, foot, and knee pain (this really hurt his golf game)

In my friend’s situation, the pain lasted for about two weeks, then went away.  It came back a couple weeks later, and that is when he looked for a gout treatment, which ended up being Flexcin.  He uses this formula to keep gout at bay, and of course, with a new approach to dieting properly and living a little bit more healthy, gout attacks are very few and far between.

How do you know if you have gout?

First, visit your Doctor and do a physical examination.  Most likely, he or she will look for hardened uric acid crystals.  Other tests that can be performed include blood tests that will measure your uric acid levels.

If seeing a Doctor is not an option, you need to seek out help in the form of an anti-inflammatory.  Flexcin worked to treat gout for my friend, and it could help you as well.

Visit the Official Site of Flexcin International to see if you can treat gout with Flexcin.

In the meantime, watch what you eat, try to lay off the alcohol, and do whatever you can to keep your levels of uric acid down.

Anti-Inflammatory Defined

What is an Anti-Inflammatory?

Do you have aches in your joints?  Do you get out of bed in the morning only to grimace from creaky ankles or knees, or a sore back?  This is a result of your joints becoming inflamed, which happens to all of us as we age and especially flares up after an exercise session.  To help get rid of these ailments, it is important to treat them with an anti-inflammatory.

Anti-inflammatories are anything that work to reduce swelling and inflammation in the body, which in turn reduces pain and tenderness in the affected area.  Anti-inflammatories, in medication form, can also be used to help with a fever.  Anti-inflammatories are also widely used to treat arthritis and tendinitis.

Anti-inflammatories come in various forms.  The most common form of anti-inflammatories are medications.  These medications can either be over-the-counter (Aspirin, Ibuprofen and Aleve are a few examples) or by prescription (such as Celebrex).  These medications are primarily taken to reduce fevers, but can also help with minor aches and pains.  Anti-inflammatories can also come in the form of a topical cream, such as IcyHot, Bengay or Flexcin.  These are popular sports creams and are typically used on tender joints after intense physical activity.  Similarly, many athletes apply ice to their achy bodies after exercise.  This is another form of anti-inflammatory, as the cool temperature slows down the blood circulation in the affected area and reduces swelling.

There also foods that you can incorporate into your diet as a means of controlling inflammation.  Examples of anti-inflammatory foods are fruits and vegetables, oily fish, nuts and seeds.  On the other hand, carbohydrates and fats have the opposite effect on the body and you should steer clear of them if you are suffering from swelling and inflammation.

As you can see, if you have aches and pains, there are many different forms of anti-inflammatories that you can take to reduce the swelling and inflammation.  Depending on what ails you, there is an anti-inflammatory out there that can help ease your pain.

How To Treat Back Pain

This article is geared for people who are active.  (If you regularly run, lift weights, play sports, or compete in other rigorous exercises, you are considered “active” by my definition.)

Back pain can be a serious nuisance, and when it gets to a level of severe pain, it’s important you take the right measures.  I’ve been researching back pain for quite some time, and through my research I’ve found many ways I can effectively treat back pain to the point where it’s not as big of an issue for me as it once was.  Note, I am not a Doctor, nor do I have experience in pain relief – I’m simply an average Joe who played in one two many hockey games and had because of it, I’m stuck facing joint pain.  Instead of resorting to powerful prescription drugs and succumbing to the side effects, I decided to get down, research the subject, and take the bull by the proverbial horns.  Here are my findings, and I must cite my source on this topic, the very credible, always reliable, AskMen.com.

Once you suffer from back pain, you will learn that it can nag you for months, which in turn lead to years if you don’t take proper action to treat it.  It’s important to do something at the bare minimum, and do it with some repetition.

Strengthening your abdominal muscles is the best way to treat back pain.

With weak abdominal muscles, you won’t be able to support the movements you make such as twisting, gripping, turning, and shifting.  Transferring weight becomes agonizing.

Pay attention to form when you lift free weights.

If you don’t lift weights, this is one you can skip over.  But if you do, it’s important not to over-train and cause more damage than already exists.  Over-training is a big mistake many people make.  If you are in pain, figure out what exactly caused it, and avoid making that same mistake in the future.

If you are a runner, check your surface

Running on pavement, or even tread mills, can really take a toll on your back and be a large factor that induces back pain.  If you are a frequent runner, what paths do you take to accomplish this exercise?  If you run on concrete, you may want to find a patch of grass.  If you run on tread mills, you may want to find an elliptical trainer or cross-training bike that accomplishes the same mission.

Finding the source of back pain may be a tough task, but once you know what to do when you find it, you’ll ensure a safer, healthier workout environment.
